There is no delivery date column on my order, when will my gift arrive?
If no delivery date is specified, it indicates that the item will be shipped via courier service. To check the delivery date, please visit the courier company's website and use the tracking number provided.

 

If my receiver is not around, can the item be redirected to another address

For courier items, redirection is possible if the item is returned by the courier company.

 

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Can I cancel my order / ask for a refund if recipient is not around?
